The deadline for submitting an application is a minimum of twelve (12) days before the Plan Commission meeting.

 

All of the requested information must be received prior to the deadline in order to be placed on the agenda. Placement

on the agenda may be delayed due to incomplete submittal.

 

The Plan Commission meets on the fourth Monday of the month at 6:30 P.M. at the Bradley Town Hall located at 1518

W. Mohawk Drive, Tomahawk, WI.

 

The submittal shall include the following LEGIBLE plans, 11 inches by 17 inches or larger, eight (8) copies each,

containing: 

 

 

1.     Date of submittal and/or date of revisions.

2.     Owner’s and/or developer’s name and address.

3.     Drawn to scale, with north arrow indicator, showing and labeling lot dimensions.

4.     Adjacent public streets, with any easements or rights-of-way shown.

5.     Visual clearance triangles.

6.     Existing and proposed buildings/structures and their dimensions.

7.     Parking and loading areas.

8.     Any outdoor storage or dumpster areas.

9.     Distances between buildings/structures, and to lot lines.

10.    Distances between buildings/structures and the centerlines of abutting      

                                 streets and highways.

11.    Distances between buildings/structures and the ordinary high water mark

of any abutting watercourse.

Page two, Plan Commission Application Form

 

 

The following additional information may be requested by the Plan Commission or the Town Board:

 

 

·      Landscape plan, if applicable;

Showing an overhead view of all existing and proposed landscaping on the site. For all new

plantings; the location, species, size at time of planting, and mature size shall be indicated.

·      Grading and drainage plan, if applicable;

Showing existing and proposed surface elevations on the site, and proposed erosion control

and storm water management provisions.

·      Utilities plan, if applicable;

Including but not limited to: gas, electric and cable services and types of private well and

on-site waste disposal systems, or connections to public sanitary sewer, water and/or storm

sewer, showing existing and proposed locations.

·      Building plan;

            Showing location, elevations, height, dimensions, colors and materials used on all exterior

sides of the building(s).

·      Structure plan, if applicable;

Showing the type, location, elevations, height, dimensions, colors, materials and lighting.

·      Sign plan, if applicable;

Showing  the location, height, dimensions, colors, materials lighting and copy area of all signage.

·      Lighting plan, if applicable;

Showing the location, height, type, orientation, and power of all proposed exterior lighting.
