5.        Authorize the Town Board to dispose of personal property and equipment at their discretion

6.        Authorize Town Board to buy equipment not to exceed the amount in the equipment fund

7.        Set date for 2011 Annual Meeting – 4-12-2011

8.       Any and all other business that may legally come before the Town

9.       Adjourn
