April's Annual Town Meeting Minutes
"UNAPPROVED MINUTES"

April 12th, 2005
Immediately Following the Pre-Meeting
Chairman Jack Huston called the meeting to order. Present were Supervisors Elsie Bartz, Bill Jelinek and Kevin Koth.
Also Clerk Ann Eckman, Treasurer Phyllis Evans and 12 residents.
Following the Pledge of Allegiance, the aclerk read the minutes of the last annual meeting. Motion to accept by Harry Gladwin, seconded by Diana Smith. The motion passed on a voice vote.
Motion to accept the Treasurer’s report which is printed in the annual report was made by Supervisor Bartz, seconded by Supervisor Kevin Koth. The motion passed on a voice vote.
John Swarmer made a motion to authorize the Town Board to dispose of personal property and equipment at their discretion. Diana Smith seconded the motion. Passed on a voice vote.
John Swarmer questioned the item to authorize the Town Board to buy equipment not to exceed the amount in the equipment account. He stated that if a large piece of equipment needed replacement it could exceed the equipment account. Supervisor Bartz said in that case a special town meeting would have to be called and the expenditure would have to be approved by the residents. John Swarmer then made a motion to allow the Town Board to buy equipment not to exceed the amount in the equipment fund, with Diana Smith making the second. The motion passed on a voice vote.
Byron Lange made a motion to set April 11, 2006 at 6:00 P.M. for the next annual meeting. Harry Gladwin made the second. Motion passed on a voice vote.
Harry Gladwin thanked the Board for the inclusion of the December 2004 financial report to the board in the annual report.
A motion by Diana Smith to adjourn, seconded by Elsie Bartz passed on a voice vote.
