Action / Recommendation to the Town Board may be applied to any agenda item.
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Approve the minutes of the March 24th meeting.
3. Public comment on non-agenda items.
4. Re-visit the minutes of the February 25, 2008 meeting.
5. Eliminate all old procedure forms and flow charts for rezone, conditional use permits, minor and major subdivisions. Discuss procedure and use of new forms.
6. Informational Items – Commission members
7. Informational Items – Non-commissions members
8. Date of next meeting.
9. Adjourn.
NOTE: A quorum of Town Board members may be present for the purpose of gathering information regarding the following agenda, but no Board votes or other action will be taken by the Town Board at this meeting.
