Plan Commission Meeting
April 23, 2007
6:30 P.M.
Members present: Ben Brown, Ann Eckman, Bob Eisenman, Harry Gladwin, Bill Jelinek, Hal Schrage, Caroline Lemke.
Meeting was called to orde by Chair Harry G. at6:30
Minutes of the March 26,2007 meeting were approved. Bob/Caroline.
No public comment .
Review a proposed change by Schmidtbauer for parcel 004-3506-131-9967 to go from RL4 tp RR3. Accept. Caroline/Hall accept.
Proposed minor subdivision by R. Schmidtbauer (004-3506-131-9966). Accepted.Caroline/Bill Outlot can’t be built on. Later more land will be added and outlot will be lifted so it can be built on.
Review 43506.018.070 for a minor subdivision by Ella Rapel in Rapel’s sub. Accepted. Caroline/Bill
Foth will start working on the flow charts for he subs.rezoning and Conditional Use.
Bill questioned whether we should have a Town of Bradley form like the county does for the major and minor subs. Harry questioned who will be responsible for making the changes on our town map reflecting the changes we have approved.
Town Board wants us to come up with fines for violations of sub-division ordinance. Race rack wants to open again under new management. Needs to go through CUP because the track has been closed for more than a year. Bank would like to have a special meeting to get this rolling Meeting scheduled for May 9 6:30.
Next regular meeting will be held May21,2007.
