1.       Call the meeting to order.

2.       Approve the minutes of the July 28 meeting.

3.       Public comment on non-agenda items.

4.       Review a minor land division request by Joe Cronick for parcel # 04.053506.011.002.01.00.

5.       Review a conditional use request by Steve Laack for a storage/shop building larger than 1500 square feet on parcel # 04.023506.003.004.00.00.

6.       Informational Items – Commission members

7.       Informational Items – Non-commissions members

8.       Date of next meeting.   

9.       Adjourn.

NOTE:  A quorum of Town Board members may be present for the purpose of gathering information regarding the following agenda, but no Board votes or other action will be taken by the Town Board at this meeting.
