Plan Commission Meeting
August 28th, 2006
6:30 P.M.
Members present: Ben Brown, Ann Eckman, Bob Eisenman, Harry Gladwin, Bill jelinek, Caroline Lemke, Hal Schrage.
Meeting called to order at 6:30 by Vice Chair Ann Eckman.
No public comment.
Recommended a fee of $50.00 for a driveway ordinance permit . Recommended that we set up a fee schedule to present to the Town Board . Harry/Hal
Relay information on Wm. Maki zoning change. Discussion on sub division ordinance and the process. Agnew from North Central Planning will review- no charge.
Members will read through the Land Division Ordinance of the Town of Bradley and list questions we may have. At next meeting we will go over the questions. Try and come up with a fee schedule.
Should we have Nic develop a flow chart for steps a developer would have to go thru for a sub division. Cost would be $350.00. Bob/Hal
Ann requested someone seriously think of taking over the chair position. She felt she had too many clerk responsibilities at this time.
