Plan Commission Meeting
December 18th, 2006
6:30 P.M.
Members present: Ben Brown, Bill Jelenik, Harry Gladwin, Caroline Lemke, Hal Schrage, Bob Eisenman. Absent: Ann Eckman.
December 18, 2006 Call to order at 6:30

Ken Goldbeck, Nokomis Lumber, has an offer to sell the lumberyard. Property will stay in forestry until such time as he would sell.
Discussion of Hurtiss proposed property change. Larry Hurtiss didn’t attend the meeting. No action taken.
Checked over Land Division Ordinance. Came up with a few minor changes. Motion to recommend to town Board acceptance of Land Division Ordinance with changes we will ask Nic to make. Motion Hal/Caroline
Would like Nic present for the hearing for adoption procedure. If not present, what about a phone conference call.
We will have Mark Alberg review Citation Ordinance.
Fee schedule:
Minor sub-division shall submit an application fee of $100.00 plus $20.00 per lot.
Major sub-division shall submit an application fee of $200.00 plus $50.00 per lot.
Replats-same as minor and major sub-divisions.
Zoning change-Making change within category $50.00- no hearing.
Making change between groups $100.00- hearing required.
Conditional Use Permit $50.00
If special meeting has to be called to expedite request by applicant--$175.00

Discussion of hours for the chairman will be placed on the Town Board agenda for January.
