Town Board Regular Meeting
December 12, 2011
5:30 P.M.
Chairman Kevin Koth called the meeting to order. Present were Supervisors Joan Hilgendorf, Robert Eisenman and Bill Jelinek.
The Treasurer’s report is as follows: Building & Office Equipment Fund - $59,486.64 Equipment Fund - $270,719.37 General Savings Account - $23,624.33 Checking Account - $121,521.80, Cemetery Fund - $19,755.44, Playground Fund – $6,900.00. Greenwood Cemetery CD’s - $100,000.00 and $12,170.83.
M/M Hilgendorf/Eisenman to approve the minutes from the November 14th meeting. Motion passed 4-0
M/M Hilgendorf/Jelinek to approve payment of vouchers #4400 through #4444. Motion passed 4-0.
M/M Hilgendorf/Eisenman to adopt the 2012 budget. Motion passed 4-0.
M/M Jelinek/Koth to approve the 2012-2013 election officials list. Motion passed 4-0.
Road Consultant Byron Lange reported that Bay Mill Road and Kablitz Road have been grubbed; Red Pine Road has been cut. Brian Gruhlke will be ordering signs and culverts with the balance of the road budget.
M/M Koth/Hilgendorf to accept the proposal from Rural Insurance for the town’s insurance and Worker’s Comp. Motion passed 4-0. The clerk will write a letter of cancellation to Country Insurance.
Letters will be sent to area septic service companies for prices for pumping the Porta-Potties at the parks, cemetery and waste and recycling sites.
M/M Koth/Jelinek to accept the proposal from Four Seasons Home Owners Services LLC to maintain the cemetery. Motion passed 4-0.
M/M Koth/Hilgendorf to recommend approval of the minor sub-division request from Patricia and Kent Corbin. Motion passed 4-0.
Koth said that the contract with Veolia for waste and recycling has been signed.
Hilgendorf, Eisenman and Jelinek will be attending the WTA District Meeting in March.
M/M Hilgendorf/Eisenman to adjourn. Motion passed 4-0.
