Plan Commission Meeting
February 25, 2008
6:30 P.M.
Members attending: Ben Brown, Bob Eisenman, Harry Gladwin, Bill Jelinek, Caroline Lemke,. Absent: Ann Eckman, Hal Schrage. Visitors: Dave Lemke, Lester Schmidt.
Meeting called to order at 6:30 .P.M
Approve the minutes of the Jan.28,2008 meeting. Bill/Ben
Public Comment: Dave Lemke and Lester Schmidt discussed certified survey maps and concept plans.
Concept Plan—preliminary consultation. Would discuss and inform developer of rules/regulations and help them iron out any problems that may exist before a plan would be approved. They would only need a drawn out plan At the timea developer presents an application, with his chec, they would need a certified map.
Discussed Foth Infrastructure draft. We agreed with all 5 points. See attached copy.
Bill reported there will be a composting seminar April 10,2008 at 6:30 P.M at the Bradley Town Hall.
Next meeting March 24,2008.
