Chairman Koth explained that there had been problems in the past with people putting recyclables and building materials in the dark bags and that if this is discovered by Lincoln County Landfill it has to be reported to the DNR. It was suggested that the board have a winter parking policy. The board will look at it during the spring road tour and it will also be discussed again at the March meeting.

Hilgendorf reported that the cupboard door will be fixed.
