"UNAPPROVED MINUTES"

Plan Commission Meeting

January 26, 2004  

6:30 P.M.

Present: Diana Smith, Ben Brown, Ann Eckman, Harry Gladwin, Bill Jelinek, and Caroline Lemke. Ansent: Hal Schrage

Chairperson Diana Smith called the meeting to order.

M/M to approve the minutes of January 20, 2004. Jelinek/Gladwin 6-0

There was no public comment on non-agenda items.

Following discussion: M/M for recommend to the Town Board approval of the conditional use permit to site mini-storage building with the conditions that Mr. Henrichs comes back to the Town Board with all the information on the points listed. Lemke/Eckman 6-0

      The points are as follows:

  1. Number of units per building marked on map
  2. Verification of distance between buildings and high water mark
  3. Plan must show grading and drainage elevations that have been shot by Dave Lemke
  4. Building elevations to be marked on plan
  5. Indicate where power lines will lay
  6. Height of building specified
  7. Roof pitch shown on plan
  8. Roof and siding samples
  9. Entrances to the approaches shown
  10. Approach and type of materials designated on plan
  11. Lot lines staked

At 8:05 P.M. the meeting was adjourned to allow opening of a special Town Board meeting.

At 9:10 P.M. the meeting reconvened.

No action was taken on finding of the Town Board

Following discussion M/M to recommend approval of request by Wayne Schulz to create one lot which does not front onto a public road neat the intersection of CTH O with Cody Road and Flynn Road.  Jelinek/Gladwin 6-0

The review of the Code Review questionnaire will be placed on the February Town Board agenda.

February 23rd will be the next Plan Commission meeting. 

M/M to adjourn Gladwin/Jelinek 6-0
