Action / Recommendation to the Town Board may be applied to any agenda item.
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Approve the minutes of the June 23rd meeting.
3. Public comment on non-agenda items.
4. Review a minor land division request for the Ella Rapel estate for parcel # 04.043506.018.070.01.00 to create one saleable lot (lot 2) and an out lot (lot3). The out lot will be added to an adjacent lot at a later date. (#1 Zoning map A)
5. Review a minor land division request for the Ella Rapel estate for parcel # 04.093506.001.001.00.00. (#2 Zoning map A)
6. Review a minor land division request for the Ella Rapel estate for parcel # 04.033506.011.001.00.00. (#3 Zoning map A)
7. Consider refunding Lawrence Carstensen’s Bradley Plan Commission rezone fee. The Lincoln County Board refunded the county rezone fee because of confusion which occurred during the final Town / County Plan and a change which was not known about or requested by the Carstensen’s.
