Smith
reported on the Lincoln County Planning & Zoning Committee July 8, 2004
meeting.
There
was no action taken on the alleged violation of the conditional use permit for
the mini-storage building off Derleth Road as a letter had been received from
Dan Miller of Lincoln County Zoning stating that (the
30-foot buffer includes the snowmobile trail system. And that no future
intrusions into the 30-foot buller - outside of the present snowmobile trail -
will be allowed. The sign is within the 50-foot road right-of-way and with
the CTH L vision triangle. Moving the sign southwest from it present
location 12 feet would make it compliant.) Tree cutting violations
had not taken place.
A
date of August 16th was set for the next meeting. This will be in
addition to the regular monthly meeting set for August 23rd.
M/M to adjourn Schrage/Jelinek 5-0
