Action / Recommendation to the Town Board may be applied to any agenda item.
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Approve the minutes of the May 19th meeting.
3. Public comment on non-agenda items.
4. Review a conditional use permit request by William Eastwood of Billy Bob’s Sports Bar for parcel # 04.033506.001.007.000 to add a volleyball court and a seasonal tent for outdoor music etc.
5. Review a minor land division request by Tony Frisch / Clarence Viegut to Subdivide parcel # 04.233406.012.000.00.00.
6. Review a conditional use request by Jeff and Gail Arnold for parcel # 04.103506.016.008.08.00 to build a garage/storage/shop building larger than 1500 square feet
7. Eliminate all old procedure forms and flow charts for rezone, conditional use permits, minor and major subdivisions. Discuss procedure and use of new forms.

11. Adjourn.
