Chairperson Diana Smith called the meeting to order. Present were commissioners Harry Gladwin, Ben Brown, Ann Eckman, Bill Jelinek, Caroline Lemke and Hal Schrage.

No public comment on non-agenda items.
M/M to recommend to the Town Board the request for a Plan Map Category change from Forestry to Rural Residential 2 for a parcel in the NE ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 1, T.35N. - R.6E. off Selmer Rd. by James & Kathleen Gross. Schrage/Eckman 7-0
M/M to recommend to the Town Board the request for a Plan Map Category change from Rural Lands 2 to Rural Residential 3 for three parcels in the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Sec. 5, T.35N. – R.6E. off Pfeifer Rd. by Lee & Dawn LaFevre. Eckman/Gladwin 7-0

Smith
gave a report on the June 10th Lincoln County Planning and Zoning
meeting.

to recommend to the Board that a Thank you letter be written to Scott Galetka,
GIS Project Coordinator, for the work he did on the parcel map we received from
him. Gladwin/Jelinek 7-0
Smith
reported on the meeting that she had with Mark Roffers of Vandewalle &
Associates.
Smith
reported on some of the proposed changes from the Code Review Committee. She
said that it was recommended that the town hold a public hearing in September
2004.
It
was decided that committee members should make a list of any errors found when
comparing the original plan map with the more recent map.
The
next meeting will be July 26th at 6:30 P.M.
