Plan Commission Meeting
March 26, 2007
6:30 P.M.
Members present: Ben Brown, Ann Eckman, Bob Eisenman, Harry Gladwin, and Bill Jelinek.
Chair Harry Gladwin called meeting to order at 6:30 P.M.
Minutes of the February 26, 2007 meeting were approved with correction. Ann/Bob Passed
No public comment.
Motion by Ann, seconded by Bill to recommend approval for the request for zoning change for William Maki with the conditions cited in the Lincoln County Zoning staff report except to request zoning to change item #7 that reads “no semi tractor-trailers shall load, leave or return between 10 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. weekdays” to read “no semi tractor-trailers shall load between 10 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. weekdays” Passed.
Reviewed citation ordinance. Ann will take two samples to Mark Alberg for review.
Bob/Ben to approve the updated forms for the Plan Commission packets. Passed
Bob/Ann to ask the Town Board to consider having Nic Sparicio from Foth & VanDyke do process flow charts and step-by-step instructions for major and minor subdivisions, rezoning, and conditional use. Passed
Bill and Harry will be going to the UW Zoning Committee workshop in Hayward.
The next meeting will be April 23, 2007 at 6:30 P.M.
