Members Attending: Ben Brown, Bob Eisenman, Harry Gladwin, Caroline Lemke, Ann Eckman, Bill Jelinek. Absent: Hal Schrage.
Meeting called to order at 6:30 P M.
Approve the minutes of the February 25,2008 meeting. Ann/Bob
No public comment.
Discussion of Foth Infrastructuer 2nd Draft.
1. Conditional Use Request Process.
2. Rezone Request Process.
3. Minor Land Division Review Process
4. Major Land Division Review Process.
Accepted by motion. Ann/Bill All are on file at the Town Hall.
A resolution was drafted under section 17.8.25 (2) (a) of the County Zoning Ordinance for the Town of Bradley. Resolution will require submittal of a site plan with a rezone application to give the commission and the Town of Bradley more complete information from the applicant. The Town of Bradley has already approved the resolution. Caroline/Bob
