Action / Recommendation to the Town Board may be applied to any agenda item.
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Approve the minutes of the March 24th meeting.
3. Public comment on non-agenda items.
4. Review a zoning change request by John Kablitz for parcel # 04.053506.006.001.02 from Rural Lands 2 (RL-2) to Rural Residential 3 (RR-3). The change would permit building a second residence on the property.
5. Review a zoning change request by Lawrence Carstensen for parcels # 04.083506.006.001.00.00, 004.083506.007.001.00.00 and 04.083506.008.002.00.00 from Forestry (F) to Rural Lands 4 (RL-4). The change would permit building a garage with a 75’ set back from Graf Rd. on parcel # 04.083506.006.001.00.00.
6. Re-visit the minutes of the February 25, 2008 meeting.
7. Eliminate all old procedure forms and flow charts for rezone, conditional use permits, minor and major subdivisions. Discuss procedure and use of new forms.

10. Date of next meeting.
11. Adjourn.
