Action / Recommendation to the Town Board may be applied to any agenda item.

1.       Call the meeting to order.

2.       Approve the minutes of the April 26th meeting.

3.       Public comment on non-agenda items.

4.       Review a zoning change request by Ken, Robin and Cheryl Islo for parcels # 04.163506.003.000.00.00, 04.163506.009.000.00.00 and 04.163506.010.001.00.00.

5.       Review Lincoln County Plan Update; Housing Element Draft.   

6.       Informational Items – Commission members

7.       Informational Items – Non-commissions members

8.       Date of next meeting.   

9.       Adjourn.

      NOTE:  A quorum of Town Board members may be present for the purpose of gathering information regarding the following agenda, but no Board votes or other action will be taken by the Town Board at this meeting.
