Members attending: Ben Brown, Bob Eisenman, Harry Gladwin, Caroline Lemke, and Hal Schrage. Absent: Ann Eckman and Bill Jelinek.
Meeting called to order at 6:37 P.M
Approve minutes of the March 24, 2008 meeting. Bob/Hal
No public comment.
Recommend a request by John Kablitz for parcel # 04.053506.006.001.02 from Rural Lands 2 to Rural Residential 5. The change would permit the building of a second residence on the property. Bob/Hal
Recommend a zoning change request by Lawrence Carstensen for parcels #04.083506.006.001, 04.083506.007.001, and 04.083506.008.002 from Forestry to Rural Lands 4. The change would permit building a garage with a 75’ set back from Graf Road on parcel #04.083506.006.001. Caroline/Hal
Correction of the February 25, 2008 meeting. Commission agreed with #1-4 of Foth Infrastructure draft but disagreed with #5. Hal/Bob
Next meeting June 23, 2008 at 6:30 P.M.
