"UNAPPROVED MINUTES"
Plan Commission Meeting
November 24, 2003
6:30 P.M.
1)
Chairman Smith called the meeting to order.
Present were Commissioners Harry Gladwin, Bill Jelinek, Bob Eisenman, Caroline
Lemke, and Ann Eckman. Hal Schrage was excused.
2)
M/M to approve the October 27th
minutes. Gladwin/Eisenman. Passed.
3)
There were no public comments.
4)
Diane Dennis appeared to present any needed
information for the request to site a tourist rooming house facility at 6399
Camp Rice Point Road. M/M Smith/Gladwin to recommend approval to the Town Board
with the following conditions:
a. Occupancy will be limited to six contingent on state regulations
b. State approval of the well
Motion passed.
5)
Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Voigt appeared to explain
the request to create two lots that would not have frontage on a public road in
the vicinity of Mohawksin Drive. M/M recommend approval to the Town Board for
modifications of the subdivision ordinance. Lemke/Eisenman
6)
Harold DeHart presented some possible changes
for his proposed residential/commercial development near the intersection of
Business Hwy 51 and Hwy 8. This was informational. There was no action taken.
7)
Smith reported on the November 6 and 13 Lincoln
County Planning & Zoning meetings.
8)
Smith reported that recreational vehicle
courses, mobile homes and junkyard or salvage yards are still being discussed at
the code review meeting. Outdoor
Wood (burning) Units were also discussed.
9)
Jelinek reported on the Board of Adjustment
meeting. There was nothing from Bradley to be acted on. It
was agreed that the decision of whether to attend these meetings be left up to
Jelinek.
10)
The next scheduled meeting will be the 4th
Monday in January. There will be a
Plan Commission meeting following the public hearing on December 4, 2003 at 6
p.m.
11) M/M to adjourn at 9:15. Eisenman/Jelinek. Motion passed.
