Plan Commission Meeting
November 27th, 2006
6:30 P.M.
Members present: Ben Brown, Ann Eckman, BobEisenman, Harry Gladwin, Bill Jelinek, and Caroline Lemke. Absent: Hal Schrage
Motion made to approve minutes of October meeting. Ann/Bob
Motion was made to approve the Wickman request for a change in zoning. Motion was rescinded. They have to apply at zoning first and get approval.
Bulk of changes to Chapter 18 include changes to resorts changing to condos.
Bill gave some information on Chapter 17.
Read over Adoption Procedure for land division ordinance approval and Sub-division Ordinance.
Bill will go over Wisconsin Town Law Forms to come up with a citation ordinance to have ready for the Town Board to act on.
Next meeting will be December 18, 2006 at 6:30 P.M
