Plan Commission Meeting

October 27, 2003

 6:30 P.M.

1.)        Chairman Smith called the meeting to order. Present were Commissioners Harry Gladwin, Bill Jelinek, Hal Schrage, and Ann Eckman.

Commissioners absent: Bob Eisenman and Caroline Lemke.

2.)        A motion by Schrage seconded by Jelinek to approve the minutes of September 22, 2002    passed

3.)    There was no public comment.

4.)        No one appeared for the John Fergien request for a commercial mini-storage building at N10824 Hagar Road.

5.)        Smith reported that the Shoreland Ordinance had been approved at the October 6, 2003  Lincoln County Planning and Zoning meeting with some amendments.

6.)        Jelinek reported on the Code Review meeting. There were no recommendations.

7.)        Schrage reported on a bill in other states concerning billboards.

8.)        Smith said that Harold DeHart would be at the November meeting to discuss his development proposals in addition to a landowner from Camp Rice Point Road who would like to rent out the residence seasonally.

9.)        The next meeting will be November 24^, 2003 at 6:30 P.M. Smith reminded the members that the public hearing for the Joe Henrichs commercial mini-storage buildings application will be December 4^, 2003.

10.)     At 8:00 P.M. Gladwin made a motion to adjourn with Jelinek making the second. Motion passed.
