1st Meeting
Chairman Jack Huston called the meeting to order. Present were Supervisors Bill Jelinek and Kevin Koth. Elsie Bartz was absent.
All the following Plan Map changes were reviewed:
Forestry to Rural Residential 2 for a parcel in the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Sec. 1, T.35N. – R. 6E., off Selmer Rd. by Ron Ruschel.
Agriculture to Crossroads Mixed Use for two parcels in the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ and in the SE ¼ of the NW ¼ of Sec. 11, T. 35N. – R. 6E., off USH 8. by Harold DeHart/Northern View Mink Ranch.
Forestry to Rural Residential 2 for a parcel in the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Sec. 1, T. 35N. – R. 6E., off Selmer Rd., by William & Kathleen Doran.
Rural Lands 4 to Crossroads Mixed Use for a parcel in the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Sec. 9, T. 35N. – R. 6E., off Half Moon Lake Rd., by Robert H. & Diana C. Smith.
Forestry to Planned Business for three parcels in the SW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Sec. 1, T. 35N. – R. 6E, off USH 51 & 8, by Sam G. /Don R. Scaffidi.
Forestry to Planned Business for a parcel in the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Sec.20 , T. 35N. – R. 6E., off Tannery Rd., by John & Betty Swarmer.
The public hearing was closed.

f. Forestry to Rural Lands 4 by Emelie L & Charles Grigg.
g. Forestry to Rural Lands 2 by William & Kathleen Doran.
h. Rural Residential to Rural Residential 1 for Harold & Phyllis Schrage.
i. Rural Lands 4 to Crossroads Mixed Use by Robert & Diana Smith. (Contingent on parcel
split.)
