Special Town Board Hearing

July 11, 2011  

5:00 P.M.

Bradley Town Hall

Chairman Kevin Koth opened the public hearing.

The hearing was held for a zoning map change request by Jim Swan for parcel #04.063406.011.001.01.02 to change from Rural Lands 2 (RL2) to Crossroads Mixed Use (CMU). The parcel is located at the northeast corner of Hwy 86 and Loop Road.

Harry Gladwin explained that the change was so that storage building could be built. He also said that he had been contacted by a concerned neighbor who wants a buffer between his parcel and where the storage buildings would be. Mr. Swan has already planted trees for a buffer.

As there was no opposition the hearing was closed.
