Town Board Special Meeting
January 12th, 2005
3:15 P.M.
Bradley Town Hall
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Jack Huston. Board members also present were Bill Jelinek, Kevin Koth and Elsie Bartz.
Also, in attendance was Assessor, Caroline Lemke.
Caroline provided us with information on the computer, scanner and laser printer for the possible purchase for the assessor's office.
Motion by Kevin Koth, seconded by Elsie Bartz to purchase the Dell computer, scanner and laser printer for $1,773,95 plus any freight and handling. Motion carried.
Bill Jelinek contacted Tomahawk Iron and Metal in regards to our recycling contract with them. Jeff Busche did not see it necessary to make any changes to the contract. The board discussed the term of the contract and also did not see any necessary changes. Motion by Bill Jelinek, seconded by Kevin Koth to approve the contract for another three (3) years with the same conditions.
Bill will notify Ann to prepare the contract for a three (3) year term and request the proper signatures.
Motion by Kevin Koth, seconded by Bill Jelinek to adjourn. Motion carried.
