Special Town Board Hearing

October 8, 2007  

5:15 P.M.

Bradley Town Hall  

Supervisor Bill Jelinek called the meeting to order in the absence of Chairman Jack Huston. Present were Supervisors Joan Hilgendorf and Kevin Koth.

The meeting was to discuss the purchase of .197 acres adjoining Theisen Park from Shirley Spees for a price of $2,000.00.

There were no residents present.

M/M Hilgendorf/Koth to purchase the property and to send a letter to Public Service asking that the electrical line be moved from across her property. Passed 3-0
