Special Town Board Hearing
November 6, 2007
4:30 P.M.
Bradley Town Hall
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Jack Huston. Present were Supervisors Joan Hilgendorf, Bill Jelinek and Kevin Koth.
The Reimbursement of Expense Policy was discussed. Harry Gladwin noted that he considered his home his office and not the Town Hall. He comes to the hall only to check mail and to make copies and expects to be reimbursed for his mileage. He logs all his hours each month and averages 28 per month. He is paid for 8 per month.
No decision was made and the board will meet again on November 12th at 5:00 P.M. to discuss this further.
The clerk asked about adding the unpaid fire bills to the taxes for those who own property in Bradley. There are two that may have to be added on if not paid by the time she sends the special charges to the county. The board approved adding the charges.
Due to the Governor signing the state budget there were some minor changes to the budget which the clerk explained. The changes will be made on the budget sheet for the budget meeting on the 12th.
The waste and recycling bids were discussed. The board will look them over and meet again on the 12th, before the budget meeting.
