Town Board Special Meeting
February 1st, 2007
6:00 P.M.
Bradley Town Hall
Chairman Jack Huston opened the hearing. Present were Supervisors Bill Jelinek and Kevin Koth. Elsie Bartz was absent.
Nic Sparacio from Foth & Vandyke was also present and gave an overview of the Land Division Ordinance and the reasons for it.
Glenn Mott asked that 50,000 sq. ft. lots in condominiums also be addressed specifically in the ordinance. Norm Bushor also agreed that it should be included.
Stephen Jarosz asked about lots created before the ordinance and was told that those would be grand fathered in and that this ordinance would apply after passage and posting of the ordinance.
Following discussion it was decided to have Nic clarify one family per unit and add the word condominium to 2.2 1-B, which defines minimum lot size.
