Special Town Board Hearing
February 14, 2011
5:00 P.M.
Bradley Town Hall
Chairman Kevin Koth called the meeting to order. Present were Supervisors Joan Hilgendorf, Bill
Jelinek and Robert Eisenman. Also Road Consultant Byron Lange and Road Foreman Brian Gruhlke.
Byron gave approximate prices of a five-yard ($128,000) and a tandem truck ($138,000). The board
agreed that the town should look at a tandem as it would save money when hauling gravel and
scraping roads. A sweeper with water system will also be priced.
The bids from Carl Gladwin Logging and Chuck Theiler for the tree cutting were opened. Gladwin Logging was $1,419 and Theiler was $831. A decision will be made at the regular board meeting.
Byron brought up the use of comp time for the road workers. It was discussed, but no decision was made.
M/M to Hilgendorf/Jelinek to adjourn. Motion passed 4-0
