Town Board Special Meeting

March 9th, 2009   

5:30 P.M.

Bradley Town Hall

Chairman Jack Huston called the public hearing to order. Present were Supervisors Bill Jelinek, Joan Hilgendorf and Kevin Koth

The purpose of the public hearing was to consider a zoning change by Dr. Dean Hussong for the northeast corner (north of the Canadian National Railroad right of way) of parcel # 04.033506.012.002.00.00 from Forestry to RR-3.

As there was no present to object to the zoning change the Chair closed the public hearing.
