Special Town Board Hearing

June 11, 2007  

5:45 P.M.

Bradley Town Hall  

Chairman Jack Huston called the special hearing to order. Present were Supervisors Joan Hilgendorf, Bill Jelinek and Kevin Koth.

The hearing was for a zoning map change request from Robert Schmidtbauer to change parcel no. 04.13506.002.001.03 located on Schmidtbauer Road from Rural Lands 4 to Rural Residential 3.

As there were no objections, Koth, seconded by Jelinek made a motion to close the hearing. Motion passed 4-0.
