Town Board Special Meeting
June 2nd, 2008
4:00 P.M.
Bradley Town Hall
Chairman Jack Huston called the meeting to order. Present were Supervisors Bill Jelinek, Joan Hilgendorf and Kevin Koth.
M/M Hilgendorf/Koth to adjourn into closed session pursuant to SS 19.85(c) (considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee) to interview applicants for the Road Supervisor job.
M/M Hilgendorf/Jelinek to return to open session and report findings.
M/M Hilgendorf/Huston that the pick up truck will remain at the town shop during non-working hours. Passed 4-0
M/M Koth/Jelinek to hire Adam Scherer to replace Brian Gruhlke on the road crew. Passed 4-0
M/M Hilgendorf/Koth to have Bob Eisenman start training Brian Gruhlke as Road Supervisor on June 16th and also to have Adam Scherer start on the road crew to take Brian’s place. Passed 4-0
The board agreed that they would do a job evaluation for Brian before each monthly meeting.
Also calling in a road crew worker for emergencies (tree cutting, storm damage, etc) will be done on a rotating basis.
M/M Koth/Jelinek to adjourn. Passed 4-0
