Town Board Special Meeting
June 23rd, 2008
5:45 P.M.
Bradley Town Hall
Chairman Jack Huston called the meeting to order. Present were Supervisors Bill Jelinek and Joan Hilgendorf. Kevin Koth was absent. Also Road Consultant Byron Lange and Road Supervisor Robert Eisenman.
M/M Hilgendorf/Huston to adjourn into closed session pursuant to 19.85(e) deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public property, the investing of public funds or conducting other specified business to be followed with a closes session pursuant to SS 19.85(c) (considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee) to interview applicants for the Road Supervisor job. Passed 3-0
M/M Hilgendorf/Jelinek to return to open session and report the finding. Passed 3-0.
M/M to pay Jeff and Gail Arnold $5,900.00 for the purchase of property along Sand Lane for road right-of-way $1,000.00 to Appraisal North, LLC for the appraisal of that property and to pay the bill from Steigerwaldt Land Services when the bill is received. Passed 3-0
The following decisions were made:
A daily/weekly work schedule sheet will be drawn up to be filled out by the road crew to be kept on file.
The time sheets will be reprinted with several changes.
Tearing out the beaver dams will be done by Brian Gruhlke and Adam Scherer.
Bob Eisenman will do beaver trapping.
Byron will take Adam out to train on the grader.
Jack will evaluate every two weeks and report to the board monthly if needed.
M/M Hilgendorf/Jelinek to adjourn. Motion passed 3-0.
