Special Town Board Hearing

July 9, 2007  

5:00 P.M.

Bradley Town Hall  

Chairman Jack Huston called the meeting to order. Present were Supervisors Joan Hilgendorf, Bill Jelinek and Kevin Koth. Also present were Road Consultant Byron Lange and Road Supervisor Robert Eisenman.

M/M Koth/Huston to adjourn into closed session pursuant to SS 19.85(g) (conferring with legal council for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved) to discuss Sand Lane. Passed 4-0

The board returned to open session and reported that Byron would contact Attorney Robert Reid to let him know that the board approved the draft and to send it for the chair’s signature.

M/M Koth/Huston to adjourn. Motion passed.
