Special Town Board Hearing
July 12, 2004
5:00 P.M.
Bradley Town Hall
Chairman Jack Huston called the meeting to order. Present were Supervisors Elsie Bartz and Bill Jelinek. Kevin Koth was absent.
All the following Plan Map changes were reviewed:
Category
change request from Forestry to Rural Residential 2 for a parcel in the NE ¼ of
the NW ¼ of Section 1, T.35N. - R.6E.
off Selmer Rd. by James & Kathleen Gross.
Category
change request from Rural Lands 2 to Rural Residential 3 for three parcels in
the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Sec. 5, T.35N. – R.6E. off Pfeifer Rd. by Lee &
Dawn LaFevre.
Category
change request from Forestry to Rural Residential 3 for a parcel and its 66-foot
easement in Sec. 1, T.35N. – R. 6E. off Selmer Rd. by Peter Lloyd.

were no objections on any of the changes. The Plan Commission will be
recommending approval of all the changes to the Town Board.

Huston closed the public hearing.
Tom
Behling was present and asked about future development of his property on
Roberts Road. A short discussion was held.
