Spring Road Inspection
May 2, 2011
4:45 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Koth. Also present were Supervisors Eisenman, Hilgendorf, Jelinek, Road Consultant Byron Lange and Road Supervisor Brian Gruhlke.
The Board left the Town Hall to review the following roads:
Crass Road – poly mastic did not hold up
Skudris Road – turnaround will be blacktopped
Norlander Road – viewed grubbing, cutting and turnaround
At 5:30, met the Skanawan Town Board on Kyes Road to view problems on the road. Further discussion will follow.
Muskellunge Lake Road – viewed cracks that Byron referred to at April meeting
Norten Road – railroad ties are still under the road, nothing to be done until after the request for city water/sewer by residents is resolved.
Peaceful Valley Road – trees will be marked at the end of the road to allow property owners to see what needs to be cut. In addition, George Pobuda will be allowed
to put in steps to the water provided he stays off the shoulder – Brian will place stakes to show where he can start the top of the steps.
Red Pine Road – shifting the road, need to check with the Corp of Engineers.
The Board returned to the Town Hall at 7:30 p.m.
Motion made by Hilgendorf, seconded by Koth to adjourn.
